Webster University Professor Suggests Obama Move Quickly, But Cautiously

The first 100 days of a new presidency are seen as an opportunity for the new man in the White House to move forward his agenda.

And, Gwyneth Williams - a Webster University professor of history, politics, and international relations - says President Barack Obama must use those 100 days wisely and must not take Congress for granted, even though there are solid Democratic majorities in both the House and Senate.
